Description of the service	The service Flowbird Parking Services is a web parking solution for identities in SwamId. Depending on the identity attributes there might be different zones, tariffs and payment methods provided.

Following data is requested from your Home Organisation: - your unique user identifier (SAML persistent identifier) - your Home Organisation (schacHomeOrganization + schacHomeOrganizationType attribute) - your role in your Home Organisation (eduPersonAffiliation + eduPersonScopedAffiliation attribute) - your personal idenity number (norEduPersonNIN + personalIdentityNumber attributes) - your date of birth (schacDateOfBirth attribute) - your mail address (mail attribute) - your name (displayName, givenName, sn + cn attributes) - your organization name (o attribute) - your country name (c + co attributes) B. Following data is requested, if applicable and you agreed on it, from a third party, e.g. a state institute: - your residental address (e.g. in Sweden this is skatteverket) - your car attributes (e.g. in Sweden this is transportstyrelsen) - Note: If you do not agree to this or you have protected data at third parties the provided service might be limited or unavailable
Purpose of the processing of personal data	Your personal data is used to define to which parking zones, parking tariffs and payment methods you qualify. It is also used to contact you to provide customer support and parking receips. For support and quality issues personal data might also be stored in log files.
Third parties to whom personal data is disclosed	Flowbird Parking Services provides services for already to SwamId connected parking operators. Personal data collected by Flowbird Parking Services might be shared with this parking operators as data exports to administration users of that operator. This includes additional information provided by the user and other third parties and is specificied in an end user agreement individually forged per operator.
How to access, rectify and delete the personal data	Contact the contact person above. To rectify the data released by your Home Organisation, contact your Home Organisation's IT helpdesk.
Data retention	Personal data is deleted on request of the user or if the user hasn't used logged into the service for two years and the last parking end period linked to the user is older than two years.
Data Protection Code of Conduct	Your personal data will be protected according to the Code of Conduct for Service Providers, a common standard for the research and higher education sector to protect your privacy.
